6-month remediation guarantee
If the same website is reinfected with malware within 6 months, we clean it again within the agreed scope at no additional labor cost. This is a remediation guarantee — not a promise that your site can never be attacked again.
For the guarantee to apply
The remediation guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- The guarantee period begins on documented sign-off of the cleanup.
- It applies to the same WordPress installation and the same domain.
- The security measures marked as mandatory at project close have been implemented.
- Critical updates are not deliberately postponed.
- No nulled, cracked, or otherwise untrustworthy packages are installed.
- Any newly installed plugins, themes, or custom code come from traceable sources.
- Credentials and secrets are rotated as recommended.
- You notify us promptly if new signs of compromise appear.
- The guarantee covers remediation work — it does not automatically include data recovery, third-party fees, or a full server rebuild.
- External compromises of email, registrar, hosting control panel, or your own devices are handled separately.
- DDoS attacks, social engineering, and systems unrelated to the website are excluded.
The required baseline hardening is already included in the €699 cleanup.

Does the guarantee mean my site can no longer be hacked?
No. This is a remediation guarantee, not a security promise. No one can honestly claim a website is completely "hack-proof." The guarantee means that if you are reinfected, you do not pay twice for the same work within the agreed scope.
What if I install nulled plugins in the meantime?
That can limit the guarantee in individual cases, since untrustworthy packages are a known entry point for attackers. The exact requirements are set out in the full guarantee terms.
